Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 90% refund through December 1, 2022
- 50% refund through March 31, 2023
- No refunds will be made for any cancellation requests received after April 1, 2023
Procedure
Overseas Members will be able to fill out the Registration Form, pay the convention fee via credit card, and reserve hotel rooms online using the “AMARYS,” the latest next-generation web entry system developed by the JTB Group, which will be uploaded on I.I. Website around the spring 2022. Detailed information and guidelines regarding how to apply via the I.I. Website – on the I.I. World Convention page – will be provided at a later date.
Domestic Members will receive the Registration Form by postal mail and will wire the registration fee directly to the World Convention Bank Account.
