Exhibition　 Open to the Public　　Sogetsu School / Ohara School

Our exhibition, Petals & Pages, was organized by our club and collaborated with the Consulate General of Japan in Dubai, which is represented by Consul General Mr. Imanishi Jun at Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.

This exhibition was a culturally enriching exhibition featuring twenty arrangements that were inspired by the literary works of His Highness Sheik Muhammed bin Rashid.

To express His Highness poems by choosing the right flowers, branches and materials was an exciting challenge. It created a lot of intrigue and curiosity from visitors. It was indeed a very rewarding and enriching experience for our members.

This challenge and successful experience added and expanded our ikebana knowledge and brought our feelings of a personal expression, especially with a valuable subject of His Highness poem.

We are looking forward to the next meeting and celebrating Christmas.
