Chapter Meeting
The general meeting of Montreal Chapter was held on June 4, 2025, at L’Ecole des Métiers de la Restauration et du Tourism de Montréal.

The new board of directors for the season from July 2025 to June 2026 was voted. The closing luncheon of the season 2024-2025 followed the general meeting. Mr. Uchikawa, Consul General of Japan in Montreal, accompanied his wife who is an honorary president of the chapter. Members appreciated their presence in this event.

The lunch was French cooking by students in training at Ecole des Métiers de restauration et du tourism de Montreal. Future professional French chefs cooked, and future professional server in training served us. Members enjoyed this event and delicious French cooking so much.

We were filled with a nice friendly feeling through flowers.
