Our chapter celebrated its 43rd anniversary on October 17th and 18th.
with an Ohara Workshop taught by Jose Salcedo Sensei, a Sub-grand Master in Ohara from Pasadena, California. The members enjoyed the demonstrations, instructions and arranging Upright Moribana, Low Bowl Rising, Heika Upright, Tall Vase Rising, Rimpa, One Row Style, Landscape and Water Reflecting.

Ikebana to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday

The chapter members enjoyed making Morimono arrangments with fruits and vegetables at our November 21st meeting. After they completed their arrangments, each member described the materials used and also shared the plants to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.
