General Meeting and Luncheon Party

Our chapter’s General Meeting was held on August 4th at Hotel-Burillante.
At the beginning, the chapter president, Ms. Karasawa, and other officers presented Business report for this year, Income and expenditure account settlement report, Audit report, and Business plan for the next year, and announced the new board members and delegation of duties. After the GM, the participants enjoyed a clarinet performance by Ms. Sakiko Aishima over lunch. Afterwards, a group photograph was taken and the meeting ended on a high note.
