Wilmington Chapter #212

We had a most successful exhibition, Joyful Ikebana Flowers, with a total of 531 visitors over the course of two days. We had 58 arrangements by the members of the chapter and 17 Bonsai specimens as well. Two of our members gave very popular demonstrations which were “standing room only”!

This year, we added tablecloths to our exhibition, and we all felt that it really enhanced the arrangements. There were a good number of nonmembers who showed interest in joining the club or taking classes. Ellen will contact them in an effort to increase our membership.

Everyone was very pleased with the exhibition and we pinpointed a number of areas for improvement for next year.
