Kobe Chapter #181, Japan Demonstration by Sogetsu School, in collaboration with a Washi artist
A demonstration was given by Ms. Norika Nitta, a member of Kobe Chapter and a master instructor at the Sogetsu School in collaboration with a Washi ( Japanese paper) artist, Ms. Teruko Hosoya.
Ms. Nitta uses the Japanese traditional culture Ikebana to create expressions that resonate with various forms of art.
It was a lively event with about 94 people in attendance including Ms. Usui, the Chairperson of the World Convention. She explained about the World Convention to be held next year.
Every corner of the venue was filled with spring works, making it a gorgeous meeting.
