Montreal Chapter #155

It was the first demonstration of Mrs. Leslie Dolin of our chapter. She showed several typical Sogetsu School arrangements with seasonal material (flowers and branches). She showed how we can make an artistic structure for flower arrangement with kitchen material (sticks, etc.). It was amazing to know of artistic transformation of material and meaningful to give an idea of creativity to members. She joined our chapter from Los Angeles Chapter a few years ago and was welcomed as new arrival of an important teacher of Sogetsu School.

Furthermore, Mrs. Lynne Williams, teacher of Ohara School, did the presentation of the demonstration of Mrs. Dolin as a commentator in English and French. It really was friendship through flowers beyond the difference of schools! We enjoyed the demonstration of Mrs. Dolin and appreciated the friendship of Mrs. Williams.
